USA Hockey Number Registration

1. Go to https://membership.usahockey.com/

2. Click “Register Now.”

3. Click through screens that follow, entering requested information.

• Coaches should register as "Player/Coach”
• Board Members / Team Managers / Locker Room Monitors should register as "Manager/Volunteer"

4. Once completed, you will receive an email with your USA hockey number.

Adding USA Hockey numbers your profile in Crossbar.

This needs to be done prior to the season so that rosters can be submitted

• Login to your account on the FYHP website
• Click on Account
• Click on the profile you need to add or update with a USA Hockey number.
• Scroll down to the "Associations" section
• Click on the "+Add" button.
• Select US Hockey in drop down
• Add the new USA Hockey number
• Click Add Association

The USA Hockey Registration fees are listed below. The Affiliate fee (if applicable) varies by Affiliate. If a participant plays and coaches, he/she pays only one registration fee.

2020 & Younger: $17.00

2019-2018: $58.00

2017-2014: $71.00

2013-2008: $81.00

2007 & Older : $54.00
